Get water

Drink more water if you want to get rid of the double chin problem. According to a study, the body becomes heavy due to a lack of water. So to reduce the double chin, drink at least 3-5 glasses of water a day. You can also increase your body’s water content by eating more fruits and vegetables. If you want fast results, avoid drinking coffee, tea, and alcohol.

Green tea has the ability to increase the metabolic rate. As a result, this tea consumes excess body fat. Drinking a few cups of green tea a day will help increase your metabolic rate and burn calories, and we know that the double chin is available for excess fat in the body.
